Management Trainee Interns – 2

Who is a Management Trainee Intern:

Management trainees are a group of new recruits that Startups/Companies hire with the aim of grooming them for Management positions in a business.

After the usual initial induction, they are made to work under the supervision of an experienced manager so that they learn the working of that particular business area. After some time they are moved to a different area of the business and the trainees work under an experienced junior manager and learn the working about that area for a period of time.

The processes mentioned above continue for sometimes and the trainees are rotated in various departments and they learn all about the section where they work, they are also continuously evaluated by a team of managers. The trainees are also provided periodic classroom training and the trainees receive continuous feedback from the management.

Finally, each management trainee is posted permanently to a department of the company and they gradually assume more responsibilities.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do at our company:

  • Responsible for Driving Sponsorship Sales and CMOs Conference Participation
  • Develop compelling proposals in PowerPoint for Sponsorship opportunities and CMOs Participants.
  • Conduct detailed market research on Sponsors, CMO Community, Markets and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Design and deploy marketing activities on a shoestring budget.
  • Support marketing activities such as marketing conferences, product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions.
  • Attend and present materials to key stakeholders.
  • Assist the Business Development team in identifying sales leads and opportunities, providing relevant analysis of opportunity and information relating to the lead.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

  • Currently enrolled, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field from an accredited university. 

OR 

  • MBA in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
