Job Description:

– Convert Leads/Prospects to closed sales. Provide close, personal client attention and tenacious follow up to ensure best service.
– Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirement.
– Meet assigned sales target by acquiring new customer business and renewing and growing existing relationships.
– Provide pre-sales and post sales services to clients.
– Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.
– Build and maintain relationship with the clients to ensure recurring business.
– Explore business potential, opportunities and clients to secure profitable business volumes.
– Liaise between clients and builders for uptodate status of service, pricing and new project launches.
– Provide feedback on projects & competition to marketing team.
– Develop Prop Republic as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

– Educational Qualification not important. (Some of our Sales Rockstars never went to college)

– Minimum of 1 year Real Estate Sales Experience with stellar track record in sales. You should be able to provide at least 2 references from your current employer. We will verify sales track record through various sources.

Typical Day Looks Like:

– Make outbound calls to client to follow up on earlier inquiries that customers made.

– Read about market trends, events, project updates, etc and share these updates with clients via email/whatsapp.

– Communicate via email/whatsapp with clients to send them info/updates about various builder projects i.e. price changes, inventory updates, new launches, etc.

Sales Targets, Compensation and Benefits

– Prop Republic offers the best in industry compensation packages to deserving candidates. In simple words, we offer the best of the compensation packages to the best of the performers and strongly discourage under-performing advisors from continuing with the role.

– A salary is accompanied with attractive incentives package which offers sales commissions upto 40% of the total revenue generated by the advisors.

– Monthly Revenue target is set at 5 times the monthly take home salary. Sales commission incentives are earned on every rupee that is generated additional to their monthly target. So a bare minimum revenue of 5 times the salary is expected for the advisor to continue in the role.

– The first 30 days is offered as an onboarding period during which the advisor is expected to convert at least one booking. After the initial 30 days of onboarding period, the monthly revenue target will come into force.
