Bricks.in is looking to hire a Production Manager (PM) with experience. The ideal candidate will have experience putting shows together for visual media. Interested and capable individuals with no prior experience in production are also welcome to apply.

Our Real Estate related video show will be produced with the intention of helping home buyers make an informed decision. This show will feature detailed review of the project, builder analysis, locality analysis, etc along with buyer testimonials and panelists view on Vaasthu, legalities and other necessary considerations for home buying.

The PM role will be responsible for developing this video content.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Plan, Design and execute effective Show Formats: A successful show is one that keeps the audience engaged. Hence the primary goal of the video show is to ensure that the format is engaging and the viewers find the show rich in content and presentation. The PM is responsible for coming up with highly effective show formats that keeps the audience returning for more.

Innovate newer formats for content presentation. A successful show will present content in the easiest way possible for viewers to consume. The PM is responsible for identifying newer and innovative formats of presenting content which can otherwise appear very technical and mundane. Imagine presenting a new EMI holiday scheme to viewers. What format would best suit the content? Some popular formats for our show includes:

• Builder Presentation
• Group Discussions
• Voice Dubbing with multiple regional languages

Find and validate facts: The show primarily deals with facts and effective presentation of facts. The primary goal of the show is to ensure credible facts are presented to our viewers. Hence the PM is responsible for ensuring that the facts collected of a project/locality or any element is validated and disclaimers are duly presented where needed to prevent any legal issues.

Co-Ordination, Scheduling and Logistics: The show requires many participants to be available at a venue ranging from buyers and builders to Vaasthu and legal professionals. This requires planning, scheduling and plenty of calling. The venue has to be rostered for our show, the video/audio crew is set up on site with all the necessary equipment, the participants of the show have to be informed before time of their role in the show so that they can prepare to ensure valuable contribution during the show. All of this requires the PM to be able to plan for these activities ahead, co-ordinate and ensure the show starts on time and finishes on time with desirable results.

Post Production Management: Once the video production work is completed, the PM is responsible for ensuring that the video content is stitched together along with the branding elements, Call-To-Action triggers, background music, on-screen graphics to create the desired impression on the viewers. A completed video will be hosted on our server for marketing purposes. An experienced editor will be made available for the PM to perform these tasks while the PM is responsible for the creative elements of the jobs.
